Reporting a problem with a plan

The fastest way to get a fix is to send us the exact design. In the shed designer, copy the page address: it holds every option you chose. Then tell us:

  • which number or drawing looks wrong, and where you saw it (on screen or in the PDF);
  • what you expected instead, and why, for example a measurement from your own layout;
  • the device and browser, if something did not display or download.

Questions about building

We are happy to explain how the planner arrived at a size or a length. We cannot tell you what your local code requires or approve a plan for your site: for that, contact your building department. Our permit basics guide has a list of questions to take with you.

Before you write
